You may recall that late last year the Council made a number of changes to the way staff were required to operate under the previously agreed Timelord flexible working arrangements.
Unison has received a number of comments from its members that these new arrangements have resulted in changes to their working conditions that were not envisaged when Timelord was introduced and that are not in line with the programme’s stated aims of providing benefits for customers, for the Council and for staff.
To help us identify what problems staff are experiencing and whether any action might be required by Unison on their behalf, I would be very grateful if you could spare no longer than 5 minutes to complete a survey. The survey will be open until Friday 15 June and, once analysed, the results and any proposals for action will be shared.
We hope that this survey will help us to help you by clearly identifying the aspects of Timelord which are working well and any that aren't. The survey is open all staff, not just Unison members, so please take some time to complete the survey, and encourage your colleagues to do so as well, so we have a clear picture of staff views on Timelord.
